Below market rate rent

We serve individuals and families whose income falls between 30-50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Rent rates are calculated based on the AMI level of the resident at move-in to ensure affordability.

Dedicated staff

The leasing staff work side-by-side potential residents to collect all the required paperwork to move them in. They also provide assistance to current residents every year during the recertification process.

Your donation helps reduce housing insecurity

As a 501(c)3 non-profit that is not subsidized, our only income is the low rent we charge. Your support helps us maintain and update our properties while keeping a stellar staff. Any donation (from $25 to $2,500) creates a ripple effect of economic stability throughout our community.
