How we help
Below market rate rentWe serve individuals and families whose income falls between 30-50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Rent rates are calculated based on the AMI level of the resident at move-in to ensure affordability.

Dedicated staffThe leasing staff work side-by-side potential residents to collect all the required paperwork to move them in. They also provide assistance to current residents every year during the recertification process.

The Affordable Housing Alliance of Midland County (AHA) is not subsidized, which means our only income is the low rent we charge. All our rental rates are below market-rate for the area.
