Below market rate rentWe serve individuals and families whose income falls between 30-50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Rent rates are calculated based on the AMI level of the resident at move-in to ensure affordability.

Dedicated staffOur Leasing Agent works side-by-side potential residents to collect all the required paperwork to move them in. They also provide assistance to current residents every year during the recertification process.

The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) is not subsidized, which means our only income is the low rent we charge. Our rents range from $335 - $750 a month, well below the 2023 median gross rent for Midland County of $1,510. This is why community support is so important!
